Here are my goals for 2021: week 13 of 52:
Photo by Free To Use Sounds on UnsplashWhat I Accomplished This Week Finish reading Before and After: The Incredible Real-Life Storeis of Orphans Who Survived the Tennessee Children’s Home Society this week

Get a vaccine appointment for me and Bookworm.

Yes!  On 3/24 our state opened up vaccines to every adult in the state 16 and older, but they didn’t release new appointments until 3/26.  I was delighted to get a vaccine appointment for both of us, and as of today, we’ve both had our first shot.  I’m so grateful!!
Put handles on the bathroom cabinet.
No.  I’m procrastinating on this because I’m afraid I’m going to do it wrong and ruin the cabinets!!
Clean out the master bedroom closet for one hour. BEFORE Picture of Our Closet
Yes, but the job is still not done.  I have another hour or two left.  I think this project will be like the garage and take a few weeks to complete.
Follow along to Bible in a Year for 7.5 episodes.

I got too ambitious this week!  I listened to five episodes, so I’m now 13 days behind.
Ride the bike every day this week.
I didn’t ride the bike every day this week, but I did exercise every day this week, so I consider it a win.  Some days I rode the bike, some days I did yoga, and some days I did strength training.
Work on my Ancestry for one hour.
No.  I did this for 30 minutes.  I’ve reached a stopping point, so I need to do research on how to do more research.  Ha!
Declutter the tile area in our entryway and hallway.
No.  This has to wait until the closet is cleaned because I need to make space in the closet for some of the stuff on the tile.
Create a chore chart for the kids.
No.
Have a Whole30 freezer cooking session.
Yes, but it didn’t end up being a big freezer cooking session.  Instead, it was more like a meal prep for the week.  After eating those foods most of this week, I only have one meal left in the freezer.
Meditate 3x this week.
No.  Have you used the Headspace app?  Do you find it worthwhile?
Listen to one healthy living podcast.
No.
Rearrange my schedule to get 8 hours of sleep a night and get my work done.
No.  I have to get going on this soon because both of my kids graduate from Barton Reading and Spelling tutoring tomorrow!!  That means the 8 hours I usually have to do work while they’re in tutoring will disappear.
Goals for This Week
I am going lighter on goals this week to make sure I finish the things I didn’t get to last week:
Read half of Under the Tulip Tree this week. Put handles on the bathroom cabinets. Clean out the master bedroom closet for one hour.  (Soon, when the temperature rises, it’ll be too hot for this job, so I need to get it done now.) Follow along to Bible in a Year for 7 episodes. Exercise every day this week. Finish decluttering the tile. Create a chore chart for the kids. Have a Whole30 freezer cooking session. Listen to one healthy living podcast. Rearrange my schedule to get 8 hours of sleep a night and get my work done.
